Job description

Are you a proactive & flexible junior professional looking to make an impact in the world?

We are looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team as a Logistics & Administration Officer. In this role, you will be at the heart of our global operations, coordinating logistics & transportation on an international scale. You will also play a key role in providing essential administrative support across the organization.

You will collaborate directly with some of the largest UN agencies and NGOs, contributing to humanitarian emergency responses around the world. We value autonomy and offer opportunities for growth within our expanding group.

What will you do?

  • Plan & document shipments: You will coordinate shipments based on customer orders, preparing all necessary shipping documents, supplier purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Track & communicate: You keep an eye on orders to ensure they are delivered on time, keeping our customers and sales team updated.
  • Schedule logistics: You arrange inspection services and transportation in line with production schedules.
  • Manage inventory: You oversee warehouse stock levels and place orders as needed to keep inventory at optimal levels.
  • Provide administrative support: You offer assistance across all departments, including office management tasks like welcoming visitors, managing office supplies, managing our company phone lines.
  • Leverage ERP systems: You support the effective use of our ERP system to enhance operational efficiency

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent English skills, along with proficiency in French and/or Dutch
  • A degree in logistics, transport, or a related field is ideal. Previous experience in logistics & administration is a plus, but not required.
  • Managing multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities gives you energy!
  • You are stress-resistant, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
