Thanks to years of presence and expertise, WOT reaches various target markets through its established brands: Alpinter provides solutions for global disaster relief for over 30 years whilst Alpino supports scouting and youth organisations as well as campers/travelers with top quality tents. The latest brand creation, Autentic is active within the growing glamping and lifestyle market.

The company is headquartered in Renaix and employs about 40 people.

World of Tents is currently looking for a competent Project Manager.

Within the dynamic WOT organization, focused development of new products and solutions for international customers is key. The project Manager works together with various teams and departments. The Project Manager leads the Projects unit within the group and reports directly to the senior Management.

• You initiate, drive and successfully complete projects in accordance with strategic planning and market-driven developments.
• You support the WOT team and take the leading role in setting up and rolling out projects related to product development, sustainability, process improvements, specific customer demands and even extending to ICT-related initiatives.
• A structured, result-driven approach and meticulous follow-up characterize your project methodology and lead to successful finalization and implementation within the agreed time plan. At the same all budgetary elements are monitored to ensure that projects are conducted within the set financial goals.
• You follow up on the progress of the designated projects and will be the essential coordination link between the subject matter experts in commercial teams and the product development department.

• You have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in a technical area and work experience in an international project environment for minimum 5 years. Project experience in product development is definitely an advantage.
• You are an autonomous and results-driven team player who relies on solid planning and thorough analyses. A proactive hands-on mentality is recommended, able to multi-task on various projects simultaneously, yet able to finalize projects within the planned time frame.
• Communication with your international colleagues is paramount to be successful and therefore language and general communication skills and open-mindedness are very important elements. As a minimum we expect you to be fluent in English, French or Dutch and that you are able to express yourself in any professional context, spoken or in writing. Any additional language skill is an extra benefit.
